My mom got laid off from her job today. She works for CTDI which has a contract with Qwest, but Qwest is merging with another company or something so all the employees are being laid off. She's been working there for years and many other employees have been working there for over 20 years. I don't really know what to say about this except that I'm worried about my family's financial situation right now. My mom was making $20 an hour from her job (which was what my dad was making with a full and part time job put together). She was really lucky to find that job since she only has an elementary school education. Now she's worried she won't be able to find anything that'll pay even close to that. I'm probably going to take out a loan to pay for school from now since my dad won't be able to pay for it.

Someone give me money plz
Whiling driving to work I passed a really bad car accident. The ambulance was leaving but I could see blood on the road which was upsetting.

On a brighter note I spent almost $100 today buying my first doujinshi. Oh no wait, that's bad. I swear I'll never spend this much on such an impulse buy. But seriously, now I know how people spend thousands of dollars on this hobby. Doujinshi is flippin expensive, unless you live in Japan and don't have to pay shipping.

Ahhhhhhh
I felt invigorated today for some reason. I cleaned out my closet and took out all the stuff that doesn't fit me. I've come to conclusion that I need to stop buying from the juniors department. Pretty much all my clothes is from there which is why it doesn't fit me (juniors clothing is not meant for ladies with big busts ;o) Maybe now would be a good time to maybe change my style. lol Though I don't think I really had a 'style' before. My closet is very empty now.

Also, I just wanted to plug this site I found the other day: Muxtape. It's pretty nice and I've already discovered lots of new music from here.

Silly Hispanics and their paranormal encounters. A few years ago everyone down there was freaking about chupacabras and ufos, now it's these little gnome things ("duendes") that are supposedly being spotted in South America. I believe in aliens and stuff but these gnomes things makes me laugh. Especially in the videos where everyone freaks out and run away screaming like little girls. So fake. If I saw one of those little things I'd probably chase it and steal his lucky charms. They're so tiny what's so scary?

Also I got an A on my Bio exam! Yay!

WOAH
I come home today from work to discover that my little brother made a hole in the wall while he was home alone. With his head. He tripped and hit the wall with his head so hard that he made a hole in it. wtf

Die writer's block die!
I've been sitting at the computer for the past hour trying to come up with something to write for my essay. I hate when this happens.

Also, I wish microbes really were this cute.

1. Great, it's snowing. I think when I finally move out of the house I'll go back to California because I really hate snow.

2. LOL. If you google 'dangerous cult' the scientology site comes up first.

3. The chinese food I just ate had a shit load of garlic and now my mouth has a bad after taste.

4. New episode of Project Runway is now right now, but I don't feel like watching it. Too tell the truth I hate most of the designers this season. The only ones I like are Chris and Sweet P, but they aren't the best designers so I don't think they'll last too long. :( Overall all this season has been a real let down for me. I also wish I could slap Christian. I never thought it was humanly possible to be that annoying (yet so many people like him! why?!?).

5. Talked to this girl I knew in high school. It was awkward at first but I kind of miss the friends I had in high school, we all kind of drifted apart. D: I also live like a block away from an old high school friend but I never bothered to visit her after we graduated because I'm an awful person.life:

Blah
So I got my eyebrows waxed today. >_>

I look so weird. The lady did a good job and everything but thinner eyebrows do not suit me at all! My eyes stand out so much now it's just too weird for me (I guess because my eyes are so dark or something). I don't know why I let my mom talk me into this. xD I don't think they'll ever grow back to the way they used to be (this is the first time I've removed any part of my eyebrows to tell the truth because I didn't mind that they were a little bushy). Jeez, and I have to go to work tomorrow it'll be so embarrassing.

EDIT: Ah I can't believe I forgot to mention that the last episode of Den-O aired today. D: I'll have to make an entry about that once I see the episode with subs. It makes me kind of sad though because this one my favorites in the Kamen Rider series, I wonder if Kiva will turn out just as good.

Just some babbling
Just a quick post because I'm covering another girl's shift so I'll be at work all day:

1) Yesterday was my niece's birthday party. Couldn't go because of work but my mom brought me some cake and food so it was all good.

2) Finished watching Kamen Rider 555. Found it more interesting and involving than Kamen Rider Den-O (though Den-O has more humor which is good!) The only thing I didn't like was my favorite character dies (not to mention he turned evil, but he did redeem himself in like the last 5 minutes of the finale). I watched the movie today and it was nice to see that he's alive and good, but then he goes off and dies again. I can't help but feel depressed about this. ._.

3) Tomorrow...I need to wash my car...

Why why why can't I find pants that fit? They are ALWAYS too long. Even the petite pants or pants labeled "short" are too long and I end up having to fold them at the bottom (which makes me look like a dork). I bought this pair of beige of pants and the bottom of them got all black and gross because I ended up dragging them all day.

Oh and my family are adopting another dog. This is amazing because we have never had more than 1 pet at the same time before. Anyway, It's a cute, clumsy greyhound with some long ass legs like whoa. We have no idea what to name it though. I suggested that we give it an Italian name because it's an Italian Greyhound but I dunno any Italian names...

baww
Saw a documentary type thing today called Nanking. I don't what happened but I started bawling my eyes out half way through the movie and had to leave the theater for a while till I could calm down. I was 20 minutes late to my last class because the movie turned out to be longer than I thought. I was still depressed so I just turned my project in and went home early. :(
